The Zebra Club5.4.0 - App Store

The Zebra Club - Movement, Education and Community for Hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes, Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, and Chronic Pain.
Discover an app designed specifically for people living with hypermobility, EDS, HSD and chronic pain, plus the related conditions like chronic fatigue and POTs.
The Zebra Club is not just an exercise app. It is a movement and wellbeing community app designed by hypermobility specialist and movement therapist, author and educator, Jeannie Di Bon, who has over 20 years experience supporting people with hypermobility and complex conditions.
Built on Jeannie’s Integral Movement Method (IMM), The Zebra Club gives you a science-backed (Russek et al 2025), gentle yet powerful approach to improving stability, reducing pain, calming the nervous system and reclaiming confidence in your body. A research paper was published into the effectiveness of the IMM in 2025, with a second paper in peer review (September 2025).
Why Choose The Zebra Club?
Living with hypermobility, EDS or HSD can make traditional exercise feel unsafe, overwhelming or even harmful. Most mainstream exercise platforms simply are not designed with a hypermobile body in mind.
That’s why The Zebra Club exists. Jeannie lives with hEDS, POTS and chronic fatigue herself.
. Safe, accessible movement classes designed for joint instability, fatigue, POTs and pain.
. Expert led guidance from Jeannie. She truly understands the challenges of the community.
. A supportive community of zebras around the world who share your journey - so you will never feel alone.
. Trusted education backed by research and visiting experts in EDS and HSD.
The Zebra Club was created to fill the gap between exercise, physical therapy and everyday living. It gives you the tools, guidance and support to move safely, all at your own pace.
Key features to support you are:
. Ability to personalise your program
. On demand class library
. Educational Resources
. Guided programs
. Community and Support
. Live events and replays
. Accessibility first - classes for all levels
Who is The Zebra Club for?
. People living with EDS or HSD or suspected diagnoses
. People living with chronic pain, fatigue or instability
. People with POTs
. People recovering from injuries related to hypermobility
. Healthcare professionals who want to learn safe, effective movement practices to support their patients
